1. Refunds

Request for refund must meet the following criteria:

  • Cancellation during Free Trial: If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Internet Speed: Please ensure that your internet speed is sufficient to support our Premred streaming services. If your internet speed is slow, it may impact your ability to fully utilize our services. In such cases, refund requests will not be accepted.
  • Double Billing: If you are inadvertently charged multiple times for the same subscription, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate charges.
  • Fraudulent Activity: If your account is used for fraudulent activities, you may be denied a refund.
  • Expiry Date: Refund requests will not be accepted if they are submitted within 3 months of your account’s expiration. 

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for your subscription. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. No Returns

As the Service is a digital product, we do not accept returns on subscriptions.
